I just want to say that I have an amazing sister. Unconscious as she may claim to be she is actually very conscious and very in control of herself. she is an amazing woman who inspires me daily.  i cannot put my finger on it, exactly how she does it, but she does and i love her for it! do not brush her off or put her aside. she will touch you. she will change you for the better. believe it or not it is true.

Pain in the neck!

Ugh - I have pinched a nerve in my neck/back!  It is really annoying.  I plan to see a Chiropractor tomorrow.  Hopefully he can resolve this issue.   At least it is almost Friday!

Gorgeous - Crater Lake in Oregon!

This lake is so gorgeous! I could not believe how blue it is! Also this picture was taken in June. It is amazing all the snow! Keok and I had an amazing time in Oregon! I really recommend visiting there if you have not. Although in my opinion, this is the most beautiful area we saw there!
