I feel old

My body feels like it is giving out on me. I am too young for this to be the case, but maybe I have a fast body clock (is there such a thing). I almost constantly have some type of neck, shoulder or back pain. I have actually grown used to it for the most part, but some days are worse than others. Two weeks ago, I woke up with what I felt was severe back and neck pain. I could not move my head in any direction without a sharp shooting pain through my neck or back or both. I figured "I slept wrong" the night before, and the pain would get better as the day progressed. How wrong I was. It was even worse the next day. Finally I went to the Chiropractor on Friday the 7th after 3 days of pain. By Friday, it was somewhat better, but my range of motion was probably not even 50%. I have gone to the Chiro 4 times already. The pain has mostly gone FINALLY, but I am feeling numbness in my left arm. And this past Saturday, the arm actually went weak. I could not even hold a beer! My cigarette was heavy! How pathetic that was. And I was completely lazy all weekend! (Maybe too lazy...), as in I did not do any sort of physical activity that hsould have led to any weakness, except 12 oz curls. It was still weakish yesterday and today, but not that bad. What is going on here?? I want this to stop. I want to go back to my normal daily back and neck pain and have full use of my arms! Ugh - I just wanted to rant about this as I am really frustrated and annoyed with it. I want it to go away. Make it go away!

I'm sorry sista. Maybe the numbnes/ weakness has something to do with circulation. Did you ask the chiro about that? He might know. As far as your neck and back, I am glad to hear they are better.

Maybe a pinched nerve is what he said though I did not tell about the weakness as it happened this weekend.

yeah that sucks. I completely feel you on this one. the doctor told me numbness is sometimes with dehydration and to drink gatorade and water.
